Marks boxing class is so good, if i miss a class i feel really bad because i know it's the best form of exercise and cardio training you can do. Mark is the best boxing Instructor i have ever seen, even if your fitness is very low (like mine was when i first started) marks ability and experience to improve your fitness is second to none, my confidence and fitness has improved my life.
