Congradulations on taking the first step in improving your Lifestyle, this program is controled by you 100%. There are 3 parts to the program and this is how they work.
First I have to find out a bit more about you and what you want to get out of the program, this starts with a health screening. This can be done one of two ways, go to your local GP & let him/her know what you want to do and if you need a medical clearence before starting the program, or we can do the health assement for you, the choice is yours.
Second part is the training, two days aweek. This can be done one on one or in a group the choice is yours, one on one is more expensive then a group.
My suggestion would be to start out small and see how you feel, then if you prefer a
one on one session thats fine.You can create your own group of training partners if that makes you feel more inspired to achieive your goals.
Third part is the nutrition side of the program and this is where understanding your bodies needs is very important, everyone is different and has likes and dislikes.So with that in mind we need to take care with what foods we choose to eat and when.This will be put in a detailed nutritional plan that we work out together.
